Operational Detachment Alpha 4216 is a MILSIM unit aimed at creating operations that reflect actual Special Forces mission sets and immersing players in that environment. Operations will be centered around small units assisting host nation special operations or indigenous guerillas in unconventional warfare operations around the globe. ///
Our unit was created by US Army and US Navy Veterans with combat arms and SOF backgrounds, while utilizing information from active Green Berets to help shape our structure, planning, and operations. Our unit has no ranks while maintaining an ODA structure, which means we value everyone's input regarding the mission and our unit. Engineers, Medical, Weapons, and Communication Sergeants each conduct planning in their respective war fighting function. ///
Furthermore, we do not put prospective recruits through a boring and monotonous BCT/AIT- instead, applicants will find themselves in a rigorous selection course designed to test almost all of their ArmA skills. Once you have passed selection, you will be trained in all aspects of your chosen MOS and you will be drafted onto a team within the ODA. ///
