We are an arma 3 Realism unit, founded in 5/2022. Our overall goal is to have fun, and enjoy the game. We have a rank structure, but no yes sir/no sir. We don't have solid placement, we fill slots from top down, however leadership is set. In order to join our operations you must go through BCT / AIT before attending. They're simplified, but teach you a lot about how to operate as a unit with real world tactics.
